Rocky Road Popcorn
Ingredients
1 pack of plain salted popcorn
100g plain dark chocolate
1 Turkish Delight chocolate bar, diced
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional)
Method
Pop your popcorn and allow it to cool. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until all chocolate is melted.
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Spread out the popcorn. Drizzle the chocolate all of the popcorn, turning to cover as much as possible.
Sprinkle the mini marshmallows, turkish delight and peanuts evenly throughout, which should stick to the chocolatey popcorn.
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour, to allow chocolate to set.
Easy Mini Popcorn Bags
Take a regular piece of paper, fold into a half portrait, so you have a half-size, wide sheet folded. Fold the sides into the back and secure with sticky tape.
Stick your labels on the front with glue and open out bags, and add some non-stick greaseproof paper to the inside, so the popcorn won't stain the paper. Trim the top of the bags with pinking shears/scalloped scissors.
Fill with delicious & decadent Rocky Road Popcorn!
Enjoy! xo Amy
